Position Overview
Jaguar Land Rover Lakeland is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused BDC Representative to manage inbound and outbound customer communications through CDK / eLeads CRM. This role is essential in driving appointment traffic, ensuring proper lead management, and delivering a premium customer experience consistent with Jaguar Land Rover brand standards.
The ideal candidate understands structured CRM workflows, follows process consistently, and excels at timely, professional customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all inbound and outbound sales leads within CDK / eLeads
Respond to internet, phone, text, and chat leads within required response-time standards
Accurately log all customer interactions, notes, and outcomes in CDK / eLeads
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule sales appointments using CRM tools
Execute daily task queues, follow-up activities, and automated workflows in CDK / eLeads
Perform consistent outbound follow-up on unsold leads, no-shows, equity opportunities, and service-to-sales prospects
Ensure clean lead ownership, proper dispositioning, and accurate appointment status
Confirm appointments prior to arrival and provide a smooth handoff to sales consultantÂ
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles, incentives, and programs
Meet or exceed daily activity goals, appointment set rates, and show rates
Support management reporting by maintaining accurate CRM data integrity
Required Qualifications
Experience working in CDK / eLeads or similar automotive CRM systems
Proven ability to follow structured lead-handling processes and workflows
Strong phone, email, and text communication skills with professional etiquette
Ability to manage high lead volume while maintaining attention to detail
Experience scheduling appointments and executing follow-up processes
Strong organizational skills and ability to work task-driven in a CRM environment
Comfortable working performance-based goals and accountability metrics
Automotive dealership BDC or call center experience preferred
Customer-first mindset with the ability to represent a luxury brand
